VolleyAcademy, provides a comprehensive, seasonal development program designed to give players exactly what they need to excel at the game, all in one place. VolleyAcademy is more than just another training program, we coordinate the entire development process throughout the year so you no longer have to worry about what's next.
VolleyAcademy is a non-travel program designed for volleyball players looking to take their game to the next level. VolleyAcademy provides comprehensive training for players not ready to or unable to commit to the demands of travel club volleyball. This program offers the same training provided to our travel club teams (GA5), but requires less time commitment and costs less.

VolleyAcademy Training Information
Winter/Spring Season - Athletes participate in weekly training sessions, in addition to a night of competitive play within Suwanee Sports Academy's High School Volleyball League. This allows players the opportunity to put their skills training to work in game situations. On training nights, athletes will participate in 1.5 hours of volleyball skills training and a half hour of Speed, Agility, and Quickness training. Athletes also have the opportunity for an additional 1 hour of optional structured skills sessions, twice per week. Click here for Winter/Spring sample Training Schedule.
Summer Season - Athletes
work on individual skills in small group settings to prepare
for their school season. Summer is the time of year when athletes
work on their individual fundamental skills and have access
to select summer camps. Summer season is a great option for club volleyball players to continue working on their skills before the school season. On training nights, athletes will participate in 1.5 hours of volleyball skills training and a half hour of Speed, Agility, and Quickness training. Fall Season - An opportunity for athletes
to receive individual training that supplements school team
