Our CrossFit 101 program is critical to getting you started on the right path. This is a four hour curriculum that introduces new CrossFitters to the techniques and standards of movement required to get you to top physical fitness while reducing the risk of injury. The first step is to come in for a free informational workout. At the conclusion of the informational workout we will let you know whether you should take the CrossFit 101 class before joining up workouts. CrossFit 101 begins the first and third Saturday of each month. The class meets for 2 hours on consecutive Saturdays from 11am - 1pm for a total of 4 hours of instruction.
In order to participate in the CrossFit 101 class you must pre-register online or in person at least 24 hours before the next scheduled class.
